Application

This electrophoretic coating line is specially developed for automotive battery boxes and battery enclosure components. Utilizing advanced E-coating technology, the system provides a highly uniform, corrosion-resistant coating layer that significantly improves the durability, reliability, and service life of battery housings operating in demanding automotive environments.

The production line is suitable for steel, aluminum, galvanized materials, and other metal substrates commonly used in new energy vehicle battery systems.
